The services offered are as follows:
An Audience with ......Denis O'Driscoll (former chief pharmacist with the HSE). In conjunction with SUDS (Service Users Group) - Denis O'Driscoll with be hosting a session in Cairdeas Project, Units 1-2 Neilstown Shopping Centre, Clondalkin.
Some of the Topics that will be discussed on the night are:
Methadone - Myths and Facts
Opiate substitution options
Clinic and G.P policies and procedures inc. urinalysis
Other medications and their use in conjunction with Methadone including Alcohol
-followed by a Q & A session
This event is open to all service users in Clondalkin and surrounding areas with an interest in the topics above.

Advocacy Service
The staff provide an advocacy service for people who use substances or have a history of substance use on a case by case basis and on issues presenting.
SUDS
SUDS (Service Users Developing Solidarity) is an advocacy group for people who use drugs or have a history of drug use. The aim of suds is to create a voice for participants by training them to represent themselves on structures.
Stepladder Training Course
The Stepladder Training Course is a pre-development training course that is facilitated by Cairdeas. The Cairdeas Project facilitates two training courses per year, one in North Clondalkin and one in South-West Clondalkin. The courses run three mornings per week, Tuesday - Thursday for 12 weeks at a time.
Various modules are covered such as Personal Development, Stress Management & Self Care, Communication Skills and Literacy. These modules can vary from time to time depending on the needs of those presenting for training and funding.
